Why trust EverLetter, Inc.?
We are not going anywhere.
As a family-owned business rooted on land our family has tended for four generations, we understand the value of trust and legacy. Unlike companies chasing five-year exits, Everletter’s vision spans lifetimes. We are also a legitimate New York registered business, department of state number 7634885.
We are bound by a special business structure
Our unique financial structure sets us apart. Half of your payment is saved until the time your letter is sent, ensuring we are rewarded when your message reaches your loved one, even decades from now.
We have a money back guarantee
We offer a full refund if you cancel within the first week. After that, you can still cancel or adjust the timing or destination of your order for a fee. If, thankfully, you live much longer than expected, you can later contact us to extend the storage of your communication with us beyond the initial 20-year limit.
“All payments to EverLetter, Inc. are processed securely via Shopify, using encryption and trusted payment gateways. You’re protected by Shopify’s fraud monitoring and your credit card’s purchase protections, so your information and payment are safe.”

A Note From Our Founder
“Everletter is deeply personal to me. I’ve always wanted to help bridge the love between generations. To defy the limits that illness and time place on those we care about, and give voice to words that might otherwise go unsaid.
I’ve spent years working in the funeral industry and in estate law firms, and I’ve witnessed the same truth over and over: families rarely get the real consolation they need at the end of their loved one’s lives. And the person who is facing the end of their time with their family are often unsure of how they can positively shape the trajectory of the next generation.
Comfort doesn’t come from paperwork or ceremonies. It comes from truly feeling connected to a loved one and holding onto them in a tangible way. I wanted to make this possible, even for those separated between this world and the next.
I felt this deeply when my uncle Glen was dying from a rare cancer caused by his work at Ground Zero. I knew he would have wanted to connect with his daughter years later. That desire, to create a way for families to stay emotionally connected across time, drives me. I want to give families closeness that only a loved one’s words can provide.
Everletter is a small business rooted on land my family has tended for four generations. I was raised in a community that understands long-term commitment.
By placing an order with us, you are not just trusting us with your letters. You are investing in a bridge between young people and the loved ones they may one day miss most. I promise to honor that trust with care, respect, and unwavering dedication.”
