Our Partners-Only Checkout portal is exclusively for registered partners. Orders placed through this link must be sent using the partner’s branded envelopes. Here’s how it works:
- EverLetter is fully white-label. Your logo, your self-supplied envelopes, your credit for the delivery.
- At no cost, you email us to become an EverLetter Affiliate Partner (meaning you get discounted prices on letter storage and delivery in exchange for us listing you as a partner, strengthening trust our brand).
- We provide you materials for explaining EverLetter’s service at your firm.
- You can now purchase discounted fully pre-paid plans for storage and delivery of your clients letters, if a client would like to use the service. Shopify and Direct Transfer are available.
- When you do so, you fill out an envelope registration form (can be done in batches) and either email it separately to us or mail it along with the envelopes to our company for safekeeping.
- We safeguard every letter in your company’s own branded envelopes.
- Secure storage until the exact month and year your client selected.
- On delivery day, the family receives the envelope with this message printed clearly on a label on the back: “Your loved one, [Name], entrusted our company in 20[Year] with the delivery of this message to you in 20[Year]. We are honored to fulfill their wish today.” This helps families immediately understand what’s happening and why it matters. What a powerful moment!
